WMU Student Program Analyst
Wanted: Student Program Analyst
Pay Rate: $12 to $15 pending experience
Transfer Student Services in First-Year Experience programs is seeking a student employee to work an average of 10 to 15 hours per week. Schedule is flexible.
The position will assist in the development, design, and maintenance of an Elearning course including content and other supporting projects including maintenance of the main FYE website, as well as all unit sites.
Looking for a motivated student to work independently and assist with video recording and editing of content related to Western Michigan University for use in Elearning.
The successful candidate will have experience working with basic web and graphic design with the ability to master new systems and work independently with attention to detail. Must be able to work as a supporting member of a team and follow a project schedule to meet deadlines and have a strong familiarity with WMU’s Elearning system.
Professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Must have at least one full year of classes left.
Must be self-motivated and be able to prioritize schedule with regards to work and classes.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions well.
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work well with minimal direct oversight.
Looking for someone who would be available year-round and must be enrolled in a course(s) at WMU during employment. The position reports directly to the program manager for transfer transition.
